Story
Hi Everyone :) As you may or may not know, I'm going to try and attempt an Iron-man 70.3 this year on the 13th July 2024 and have decided to do it for charity.
I have very little experience running, and no experience cycling outdoors or swimming (hence why I have written attempt) but my goal is to complete it without stopping, or at the very least without collapsing 😂
The charity I have selected is Morgan's Army, which supports families in South Wales facing a cancer diagnosis in a child or young person.
Having recently celebrated the birth of my daughter Mabel, I can not imagine how difficult it must be to deal with a cancer diagnosis, and so I thought any support I could give them could only be a good thing.
